Tarvi...I don't know what the problem is...hard to diagnose these things. If the unit is working correctly, I suggest that you simply cut the power for a few minutes and then restart it. That may clear our a trouble code.

Most likely the micro-switch that tells the controller that the drawer is closed is broken. Its a tiny little black switch at the back of the left drawer slide, it had a metal actuator that is prone to breaking.

Hi, A common occurance with these units is the wash motor may become "stuck". Don't worry...yet. It's usually fairly easy to fix. Since you stated you've clean the filter I assume you know how to remove the filer insert and then the screen below the lower spray arm, right ? If so, remove it and in the sump to the left will be a "well" leading to the pump impeller. Using a 5/16 nut drive screwdriver or small socket set give it a twist until it breaks free and you should be back in business. Keep in mind if the problem continues to re-occure, you likely need an impeller seal kit. We'll deal with that later if needed. I Hope I've been of some help. Good Luck

To set your Favorite Cycle
1. Press the POWER Button.
2. Press the FAVORITE cycle button. Hold down for 4 seconds until you hear two quick beeps and the Favorite light flashes.
3. Select your favorite cycle (eg Regular or Delicate).
4. Select the wash options (eg soak, time saver). Use Advance if you want part of a cycle (eg spin only).
5. Press FAVORITE again to store your favorite cycle.
Note: Your Ecosmart will remember your favorite cycle, or any other cycle that has been customized, even when unplugged from the wall. It is not possible to program a delayed start into the Favorite cycle.
