Http://www.schwinnbikes.com/support/owners-manuals What exactly are you needing instructions for? Most bikes are just static frames with a bunch of aftermarket stuff hung on them. Everything on a common bike is found on just about any other brand of bike and the individual components are usually documented at the individual manufacturers
nothing worse than a "solution" that tries to make one look like an idiot when the provider knows nothing about the product thus making him look like the idiot. From our understanding the schwinn vera cruz stores and transforms energy from your pedalling, which you can use to power the bike. It would be nice to know how it does this and how to go from pedalling to electric usage. Also, how much pedal power converts to how much electrical power and any other info that may be pertinent.
Actually there are worse things. Like people who want us to read a manual to them or do a standard Google search. Just sayin'.
Were those additional questions implicit in the first one? You asked for a manual.
The Vera Cruz that I found is NOT electric. And "vera cruz lectric bicycle" came up with nothing on Google.

The following 'electric- pedal-assist' bike weighs 58 pounds and costs $3200 msrp.

They don't actually quantify the 'assistance' but it doesn't sound like much, maybe one gear. Lose the 38 unnecessary pounds from one's bike or body and you get more than that back for free and it doesn't need recharging. I see nothing to impy this bike will do any work for you if you're not pedaling.
For that kind of dough you could by two really nice brand-name 20-lb (or less) bikes.
