To compose an email in yahoo, go to www.yahoo.com, and login. Then click on mail. On the left side near the top there is a button that says new. If you click on the arrow to the right of it, you will have a choice of new email message and others. Click on that and you will be opening a new email.

Hope that helps. If you have other questions, please let me know.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Yahoo Mail hangs while composing an email message. Sometimes takes up to a minute before cursor will flash again and can continue typing. Any suggestions?

Hello,

I'm assuming you have a good internet connection. Usually if the internet is not steady it can affect the web experience including yahoo mail. If you keep on experience this ang you really think you are using too much time in composing your email, you can use notepad and type your message there. If you are finish thats the time you can copy and paste it to your yahoo compose box and continue from there.

Another thing you can try using other web browser. Just take it as an option so that we can troubleshoot what this is happening. In case your yahoo mail experience is better than your other old browser then I believe you need to upgrade you web browser.

How i send email

If you use Mail classic you will have "compose mail" to write your mails,
If you use All-new mail there will be a "new" button at the left hand side click on and start composing.
In all-new mail if your press the "n" button for a while on your key board it will directly take you to the composing mail page.
Once you are done you can press"s" button on key board to send the mails through.

Good luck ! if you think your problem solved don't forget to rate

Well there is no compose button in yahoo. Now there is a button labelled as "New".
You need to click on this to compose an email.
This button is just beside the Check Mail button.

Where did my "compose" box go on my yahoo mail?

It is not called "compose" anymore on yahoo. Next to "check mail" you will see a drop down menu called "new". Click it and select "Email Message".

This will do the same task as the old compose button.

Hope this helps.

I am a new one and I don't know how to send EMail .

Go to http://mail.yahoo.com and log in with your Yahoo ID. From there, in the top left corner of the screen, you will see either "compose" (if you're using mail classic) or "new" (if you're using new Yahoo mail). In the "To:" field, type the email address of the person you want to send a message to. In the "Subject:" field, type a brief subject about the email. Below that is a large box which allows you to type the entire message of the email. Once you have written what you want to say, click the "Send" button (should be near the top left, above the "To:" field).
