My vacuum works well but the bag won't seal

Start with a new bag, and run the vacuum outside instead of inside
so it will be messy there if it leaks more.
If it still leaks, take it further apart and see if a gasket or an o-ring has failed.
If you think a "sealant" might help, Vaseline can work if used sparingly.
God bless your efforts.

Hi there, it's Jack at Dyson.

I'm sorry to hear your DC35 is currently displaying a slow flashing light when you pull the trigger. In order to determine what's causing the issue, our experts would need to talk you through some simple diagnostic checks when you have your machine easily to hand.

When it's convenient for you, please give the Dyson Customer Helpline a call on 0800 298 0298 (UK), 1-866-693-9766 (US), 1-877-397-6622 (CA) or 1800 239 766 (AU). If a replacement part is needed, we'll also be able to confirm whether this is covered under your Dyson warranty.

We'll look forward to speaking with you.

My robot wont work even with a new battery

Once of the problems with batteries is they tend to corrode the metal contacts. Try lightly scraping on the metal battery contacts inside the Roomba and also on the battery with a small screwdriver...this creates a clean surface and allows conduction between the battery and the Roomba.

You must reset the outside unit every time you change a battery. To rest insert a paperclip into the small whole marked "reset". Temperatures should now appear on the inside or remote unit.

This happens when the Cleaning Head Module needs cleaning. You will need to open its gear box and remove all debris that are found inside.

Seems to charge but then wont come on

Sounds like you bought a defective battery
You can test for this by removing the battery and holding the power button for 15 seconds. This will restart the charging cycle as if the battery were new. If it still goes red get a refund and a new one.
