Hi Good Day,
1) make sure that your computer is compatible with the router you have purchase.
( make sure that the router have the capability to connect to a b/g/n computers if not then there will be a problem)
2) make sure that you are connecting to your own network (SSID)
3) go back to store where you purchase the router and have them check the router and your computer for compatibility issue's.
