Air tends to leak near trigger of my senco sls15 1/4" crown stapler . how can i stop it?

You have worn or broken o-rings/seals inside the gun. You need a Senco repair kit YK0393. Senco doesn't make them any more but there are still a few to be found on the internet. If you can't find one, go to the Senco webpage, find the parts breakdown for your gun and order all of the o-rings, seals and gaskets and rebuild your gun.

Sns45xp senco dosent shoot anl leak air for the cap

You have worn or broken o-rings in your upper firing and trigger system. You need a Senco repair kit #YK0230 to fix your problem. Fairly easy to do, replace one o-ring at a time to make sure you get them back in place properly and use the grease in the kit liberally. Since you'll have it apart I also recommend you get Senco repair kit #YK0231 which is the lower seals and piston stop. If the upper rings are going bad the lower rings won't be far behind.

Air nailer vnot operating. blowing air from top close to handle

Your nailer has worn or broken o-rings in the top end. You need a rebuild kit (Senco part number YK0360) to get your gun going again. They are available through most online, after market parts stores. When you get it, remove and replace each seal and o-ring one at a time so you get them all back in their proper place and use all of the grease to lube the o-rings. Use all of the parts in the kit, if one o-ring or seal is damaged the others are not far from failing.

You have worn or broken seals/o-rings inside your gun. You need Senco repair kit #YK0375 to fix it. Use all of the parts in the kit and replace each ring one at a time to make sure they go back in the right place. Lube them well with the grease provided in the kit.

SENCO Framing nailer suddenly decided not to fire. Air escapes from top of gun when trigger is pulled

You have some worn/broken o-rings inside the gun. You need Senco repair kit #YK0360 to fix it. Fairly easy to replace the o-rings, just be sure to put lots of lube on the rings as you put it back together.

Trigger is frozen gun will not fire

I have worked on many senco finish nailers including the sfn2 and have found them to be very reliable except when the wrong type of oil or too much is introduced into the gun. Some oils can swell the orings and cause the problem that you are having. No worries however, orings are available at www.toolpartsdirect.com as well as parts list. An oring kit costs less per oring. You must remove the head to access trigger parts. Part # LB5005 (firing valve) is the part that fails the most on your gun but failure of this part leaks air out of top. You should keep a spare firing valve just in case. Enjoy
