Yes Dear i got the problem. It may occurs for Two Reasons. Just follow the instructions what i will instruct you.

First, Please check your IDE Cable which is connected with your Hard disk. And now check your connector any pin is displace or not. if any pin distort then strait the pin. if Not then you can try by changing the IDE Cable.

Second, The only way is to format your windows drive. that means which drive contains windows, it can be C or D or more on. Please don't partition your hard disk. As a result, Your all data will be lost.

Before Format your Windows you can recover your data which is too much important for you. This is just simple for anyone. Please use XP Live operation system. This the incredible software i have ever found. It just create a temporary boot file whether you can access your all drive. just copy or cut your important files to another disk or removal disk. Finally format your windows .Thanks a lot

When the computer is turning on, after the first POST screen, press F8 repeatedly and select Safe Mode from the menu. When Windows loads, select Administrator as the account, go to Control Panel > User Accounts and create a new account. You can also delete the old one. Restart and log in to your new account. If you really need to access the locked account, first log in to the newly created one, Start > Run: CMD, to the command line enter: net user [name of the account] after that the new password (you won`t need the old one), after this you can log off and log in to the previously locked account. Good luck

hi blinkgirl556

was there a new hardware that was added to your laptop? bluescreens often are caused by hardware.
while the laptop is booting up when you are asked for options on how to start you computer is there an option for start windows using last known configuration? if there is try that and if it still goes into bluescreen you may want to try and recover your laptop using the hp recovery cd or recovery tool. if it still doesn't work most likely you have a bad memory chip.

hope this helps

If you were to load your Win System Disk on to a USB drive, that would allow you to re load Windows.
Just set the Bios to boot from the USB and when it has COPY the system disk onto drice C.
Re boot and set up from C drive.
