The treadmill have dcmd67 control board I need to know what value resistor R 19 have

I can't help you (directly) with the resistor value, but be aware that if it exploded, there is probably another bad component (such as a capacitor, transistor, and/or an SCR). Replacing only the resistor may result in the same problem, or may not even work at all due to another bad component. If you do find out the value, try putting in a resistor of the same value, but with a higher wattage rating. I once had a washing machine in which the model had a known problem with circuit boards blowing. I solved it by replacing a bad transistor and installing a higher wattage resistor that had blown up like yours. It never failed again. The way I found the value of the blown resistor is, I looked up a replacement board online, then magnified the photo, and looked at the color code on that same resistor in the photo. How I found the bad transistor is too complicated to explain in few words, but you can google the procedure. (You'll need a multi-meter at the very least; preferably _with_ a built in transistor checker. However, a _totally_ blown transistor can be found with only the resistance settings on a regular multi-meter).

Best of luck...

Lightning damage

Replace the parts with the original ones, a .5 ohm difference on a resistor on the video circuits will cause the unit not to work correctly.

Tough one. I repair these for a living. A number of possibilities exist. Likely output transistors are blown on the bad channel. Fuses are likely blown. If the fuses are BLACK inside, don't just put new fuses in, more damage WILL occur. This is a bit more than 'good with a soldering iron' will fix. You need to know how to test an output transistor. You need to look up the transistor type so you know what it is. A service manual will be a big help (I could not find one online.) If more than two outputs are gone on the one side, all should be changed, they are supposed to be MATCHED. Remove and replace all damaged outputs, or replace them all if two are blown. Find the driver transistors and check them for short circuits. After repair, start the amp on a dummy load of a 250watt light bulb to prevent destroying the amp if there is a problem. If you are unsure of any part of this, find an electronics technician to help.

The cheapest option is to replace the transistors (a quick check on google will tell you how much they are). If they are common transistors you will be able to find them and get them quicker then searching for a board that could be no longer being made.

Power transistor number

Hi again! Been thinking about this and you might not need to wait for someone to answer. I assume the transistor in question has blown apart or burnt up so you can't read the number?
However does it come off the heatsink as part of the main amp? If it does then it might have a brother around it. For if it is say the left or right channel transistor, then the other channel will have the same type transistor. Remember the left and right channels are copies of one another. If you see 4 transistors on the heat sink then it's a push-pull amp. They work in pairs, one pair for each channel. By the way it's best to replace the pair, even if only one is blown.
If on the other hand the blown transistor is from the power supply section, then you will have to wait for someone to help, or get the service manual.

Hello,

This could be caused by a few things. First, be sure the capacitors you used are low ESR. You can't use capacitors from Radio Shack, they can damage the electronics. Second, on the bottom of the power supply board you will find 4 transistors, they may be blown out. Check them with a multimeter or transistor checker. If the transistors are blown, we carry them is stock if you need them.

Charger problem

A phone charger is supposed not to be serviceable (you must not replace components). As this is a safety device, and even a bad solder joint can cause a serious hazard (fire, shock, phone blown).

The only way to find out the value of this transistor is by using a multimeter with diode tester function and testing the transistor as if it was a circuit of two diodes (that is what a transistor is), see here: Testing semiconductors with analog and digital multimeters. , also Transistor.
If the transistor has blown this will be impossible.
Try also going to a spare component shop with the transistor and circuit, this is what we all do when we do not have the schematics and value.

Being this a $8 charger, better buying a replacement:
