I bought a tt16 from Tesco and thought that there were no instructions - but I was wrong!
When you pull out the cardboard backing it is actually folded in half and whaddyaknow - the instruction manual is in the middle!
I nearly took mine back and the manual fell out as I was putting the package back together.

Start by turning on the device that you want to program. (1) Press & release the device button that you want to program, lets say "VCR" LED will flase once (2) Press & hold the "CODE SEARCH" button until the LED stays on. (3) Press and release the POWER button. Point the remote at the device. (4)The LED will flash as the remote is searching for the code. (5) As soon as the device turns off press and release the "ENTER" button. The remote should NOW be programed.
