Question about Samsung Cell Phones
After you've installed the samsung software and driver,
plug the USB cable for your phone into the BACK of your PC (or a "USB2 slot"), your computer should detect the device properly now.
the USB ports at the front often are not USB2 ports (or aren't configured properly).
this is worth a try before contacting samsung for support.
