Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone
Is seem more or less like a battery fault. I think the battery cell is weak such that it cannot hold charge. Once a battery cell is weak, it would be able to hold charge. The battery seems not to be functioning, that is why the screen goes blank the moment you disconnect the plug.
At this point, I thin you need a battery replacement. But for you purchase another battery, borrow a battery from a family or friend that uses the same phone with you. Test the battery, observe if that will make any difference. This will give you the confidence of buying another battery. Make sure you don't buy another battery if you don't test the i-phone with another battery. You can like wise test your battery with another i-phone to be more sure is the battery is defective or not.
