Question about Garden
With out more information here is a basic fix --
First drain the oil -and re fill with the proper type and amount for your engine -refer to your owners manual--
Second -remove and clean carburettor fuel bowl --remove float valve needle and flush with petrol or blow with low pressure air. this problem is usually caused by dirt or small pieces of rubber from a perished fuel line getting stuck under the float needle - replace fuel lines with new ones and install a fuel filter close to the carburettor an in line fuel tap can also be installed and turned off when not using the machine.
