Same problem with gaggia

The rising cycle is in a loop, probably I've fill up the tank about 30times, also I've saw a comment from another person about removing the brewing unit and it seems that doing the rising cycle, the brewing unit gets lock, and can't be removed...

what can I do ?

thanks in advance

btw I've started the rising cycle because the machine was stuck on the ventilate situation and I couldn't get it working even reseting the settings to factory default.

Hi,

Did the machine stop after a while?
When the rinsing cycle run you have to let it go to the water tank is empty and the machine **** air in the system, then you fill up with new water. If it not reset then i think there are something with the printed circuit card.

Let me know if you get your machine to run again.

Gaggia syncrony compact digital expresso maker says fill water tank but water tank is full

Check the float in the tank that indicates the water level to the sensor. They often fail to float, solution is to either replace the tank or jam something plastic under the float to lift it to the top of its slot.

Gaggia Synchrony Compact Digital Problem

Hi,

I think you have get air in the system, try to find a bellows pump or similary. Fill it with water, open the steam knob and take of the water tank, put the pump in the water inlet and press. When the water begins to flow, close the steam knob and put the water tank back.

The duration of the rinsing cycle is equal to the amount of water you have in the water tank. I don't believe they tell you this anywhere in the manual! I own a Titanium SS and it rinsed and rinsed and rinsed the first time I performed it! I figured out it will just keep going until the water tank sensor tells the machine it is out of water which is equal to saying to it: "Thanks for using all the water i wanted you to use to rinse, now you're finished." It takes a LONG time if you fill the tank. If you keep filling the tank, it will just KEEP going. Be patient, let the tank run out of water and this will trigger the end of teh cycle. Hope this helps, Tony.
