RAM ( random access memory) is what the CPU uses when it is processing vast amounts of data ( like a data bank)
it is where data is stored by the cpu while it does other actions until that stored data is required to progress what is being done
there is no residual memory and when the computer is shut down, any data stored in the RAM is put back into the hard drive on shut down
any data that was in the RAM when a black out occurred will be lost

I would check in System Settings/Data Usage

Find Google Play under the Data Usage and make sure that 'Restrict Background Data' is unchecked.
It sounds like you disabled Background Data.

The "Personal Data" folder stores all necessary data for StoreJet elite software use (including elite backup files storage). If you would like to backup files into personal data folder, please refer to the manual to use data-backup function.

the data you are entering stores in a temporay memory( ram in this case), which lost when you close your application.

You must not be referencing the second table properly, the reason your first one works is because it is automatically referenced, what I mean is that Me.dataTable and dataTable will both work in the same scope.
