Hi,
The first thing to check is the wheels on the back corners of the deck....amke sure that they are set at the same height and that the bearings are not out of the wheel, which would allow the deck to sink lower on one side.
If all of that checks out then you have problems under the deck....
The bearings that hold the blades can wear allowing one of the blades to drop, or one of the blades could be bent which could cause it to cut lower...to fix that bearings will have to be replaced or the blades will have to be replaced if bent.....

These would be the causes for your mower to cut unevenly...

Why does my 42 inched deck craftsman tractor cut uneven?

It needs to be leveled. Level it from side to side and front to back, then drop the front 1/4" lower than the rear. The hangers holding the deck in place are adjustable.

I have a Craftsman 42" rider cuts uneven

Check your tire pressure first, uneven tore pressure will cause this problem. On the rear of cutting deck on both sides there are height adjustments, if your deck has a rear roller this also can be adjusted to compensate,If your a stout person sitting on tractor can cause unevenes.

2003 DLT3000 Craftsman riding mower. Air in tires correct, deck level front/back & side/side, new blades.. Still cuts uneven. Does this deck flex when cutting tall grass & how do I fix this...

when you put the new blades on did you notice if they were even with each other? the 42" decks have a tendency to "warp" inward on the left side. this causes the left blade to ride at an angle to the right blade - there is a tool to correct this, but not all shops have it - sometimes you can remove the deck, flip it over and wallop the inside edge of the left mandrel until the blades are even - a 2 lb. sledge works well for this

Cut grass clippings does not get picked up by riding lawnmower

When using a bagger, you need correct blades on mower or Worn blades will cause the deck not to get the vacuum needed for the bagger to pickup.

One blade on deck gives an uneven cut

Sounds like a bent shaft, or the mounting is not flush.
