If this happens during the BOOT process I strongly believe that this is a Virus infection that infected your computer. You may try to go to this start > run > regedit > HKLM > Software > Microsoft > Windows > Current version > run > then try to look for the items you listed on the right hand side if its present then you can chose to delete it.
