When the computer is turned on, the monitor screen becomes fuzzy, as if it is a TV without satellite signal. It is a XEROX 19" LCD monitor, and a Philips iQon Desktop (running on Windows Vista). We have tried using another monitor, but the problem remains. There is no picture and the Tower is on. We have checked cables and power supplies. Can you please help me?

Fuzzy screen on Gateway FPD1975W TFT LCD Monitor

With the pixels acting up and the monitor having the same problem on any computer that its connected to. The screen itself is bad and since there are no replacement screens for that monitor, you would have to buy a new monitor or get it replaced if its under warranty.

Small colored square on 2 tvs, is it the satellite dish?

you have to disconnect all the cables, and let signals start coming from the dvd to tv, if that works without the square colour.
later start connecting one by one to the tv, this way you are able to troubleshoot a cause.
