Check the voltage on the drain pump/valve when the program comes to the drain cycle. if present then the pump/valve must work to drain off the water. If so remove the pump , back-flush and clean. If faulty you must replace.
if voltage is not present then the program controller unit is faulty and needs a check as there is no output to work the pump/valve.

Why is my floor on the right site (passenger sit) always soaked?

Your aircondition drain duct tube is not attached so instead of drainig on the outside its going inside. you need to pull the rug on the passenger side away to acces this tube just reattach it and make sure it drains on the outside

The water is not coming out of the clothes

2 simple checks for you with this problem often when there is excess water left in your cloths after a wash its due to a reduction in the outlet (waist) so i would surgest checking the waist pipe & drainige connections for excess lint as this can reduce the amount of water getting out & leaving it in your cloths or machine.

Hope this helps

My washer has a little water left in the bottom of the drum and the washer has a smell of mildew. The pump is pumping great but isn't finishing the job. What would be the problem?

sometimes you can get a buildup of lint in the drainige system try checking the waist pipe & drainige pipes if you have a build up of lent in them or if the waist pipe is pushed to far down a drainige this can reduce the amount of water escaping & leave it in your machine or cloths the smell would be a sign of old water so those would be my surgestions to try & soilve this problem.

Hope this helps

My Hoover Nexta washing machine is not drainig water

First empty machine by lowering waste pipe into a large bowl or bucket. Then remove kick plate from bottom front & you will see the filter. this will have a small screw which needs to be loosened then unscrew filter and check for coins etc.If this does not fix come back for other options.

Wont spin

If your washer pumps out but then the motor attempts to start repeatedly and rapidly, you have a bad motor. Please don't rate this, as anything but a FixYa drops my rating.
