Question about Computers & Internet
Hi Good Day,
If your getting 0 on SEND and RECEIVE you will definitely wont be able to connect to the internet.
If you have an ANTI-VIRUS software installed on your computer try checking the firewall setting first or try disabling it for the meantime.
try going to the command prompt and try releasing your ip address then renew it again.
( on the command prompt type in ipconfig/release then wait for the confirmation )
( after successfully releasing the ip address type in ipconfig/renew then wait for 3-5mins for the confirmation)
if these steps wont work try calling your router support or your internet provider for advance trouble shooting, they may need to reset your connection on that particular computer.
