Question about Xerox WorkCentre PE16 All-In-One Laser Printer
jam usually happens due to dirty or in some cases worn out paper pick
up roller. I think, cleaning the pickup roller would fix the issue.
Remove the paper input tray. Open the top cover (ADF) by pulling it from
Inspect for any tron peices of paper dirt etc. Locate the rollers and clean them with a soft, damp, lint-free cloth. Also, you may clean the Sheet-fed scanner (Mirror and white platten) for better copy/ scan results with a dry cloth. DONT USE PAPER, CHEMICALS OR ANY ABRASIVE CLOTH as it may damage the parts.
Moreover, make sure that the paper you are using is atleast 80gm.
Hope it helps! Good Luck!
