The small sping has come out of the shaft from the motor. If you open the unit you will see that the motor has a little impeller and a shaft with a slot in it. The little spring inside of the massager head is suppose to ride inside of that motor shaft with the little tab on the spring lining up in the slot. It's really flimsy and after I fixed mine it fell out again after 5 minutes of use. It needed a stiffer spring or a different way of engaging the motor shaft. I'm still working on this...

I just watched a video on Youtube which show somebody who just dismantled the whole thing...I then realized what was happening. I think I let mine run too long and it got very hot which caused the metal hammer inside of the head to not move smoothly or freely which in turn caused the small spring to bind and just coil up. Solution I removed the 4 screws from the head (without dismantling it any further) and minorly spread the two sides of the head with a flat head screw driver. I then held over the garbage can and sprayed a load of WD-40 inside. Bingo! I could turn the spring very easily now and hear the hammer moving freely inside of the head. I ran it for half an hour and all is well. In hind sight, I might have considered some kind of graphite or silicone spray as a potential longer lasting metal to metal lubricant. And of course do not forget to put the 4 screws back in!

To continue with my questing the sounds seem to hum and it is only when going over 25mph and you can hear it go quite when slowing down

Could be a wheel bearing. But sound can travel and mimic other things thru vibration. You should get it checked by a mechanic. They can road test and inspect to know for sure.

Bandsaw loses power

You neeed to check the motor, capacitor, drive pulleys. Check thoroughly if there are loose set screws, loose
tires or sqealing bearings.
Change the belt out for a link-belt so you don't have any stiff areas causing a vibration when they hit the pulleys.
Poorly balance wheels or worn tires are another cause of excessive vibe.
The motor can be not effective anymore, you should get more powerful motor. Try to call Tech Support too.

i really recommend a trans service/ band adjustment to correct your problem before you go thru another trans, almost sounds like a problem with torque converter being out of balance/ damaged...

Mastercool air conditioner

If it is indeed a true vibration, it could be a number of things. I have seen bad bearings do this off and on as the cooler runs. Could be something going wrong with the blower motor. There are several things that need to be checked to properly evaluate the problem you are describing.

Vibration as you pick up speed, checked tires allready , seems to be coming from the automatic transmission.

Have you checked your U-joints? These will give a vibration thru your drive shaft that will feel like the transmission.
