Message signals that the right cartridge is not correctly recognized.
May have several causes:
1. Cartridge model is wrong (not a Lexmark color cartridge 33 or 35). In this case one must replace the cartridge with the printer.
2. You use the correct cartridge but it is not recognized correctly. Try to clean the contacts on the cartridge and the printer with a soft towel or cloth.
3. If after you have cleaned the contacts you received the same message means that the cartridge is defective and must replace it with a new one.
