Question about Bosch Freezers
First ensure that the door is closing well, and that the door gasket is not hardened or broken.
The most common failure causing this symptoms is a defective defrost system. Try removing food and leaving the fridge disconnected overnight. This will reset and defrost the freezer. If problem gets fixed and restarts after few days or weeks, then you have a defective defrost system. If the problem persists immediately after defrost is done, then you may have a problem with the compressor (capacitor, relay or motor).
Some older Bosch chest freezers do not have auto defrost. In that case either the defrost will definitively fix the problem, or problem is compressor or gas.
In freezer with auto defrost the most common problem concerning defrost system is defective defrost thermostat.
Try performing a full defrost.
