Question about GPX MW3837 MP3 Player
Have you tried resetting it to check if it's going to correct the problem?
At the back bottom right corner you will find a reset button/hole. Try to reset it then see what happens, if not, you might want to check with the store where you got it from so that you can have it replaced.

click start all programs accessories open windows explorer navigate to your music files right click on the music right copy navigate back to the destination drive right click select paste or hold the mouse cursor on the music files drag them to destination folder
then drop them
or if you are downloading photos from the internet once it starts downloading windows will ask whether you want to run or save it a browse option will open you can save it into a folder in my documents or another
