Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
Welcome to FixYa.
Since it is a new wireless modem, I suggest that you reinstall the printers full software and drivers, then follow the step by step instructions to setup the printer through wireless. It is much better that to do a quick fix since the problem might appear again anytime.
Uninstall first the current driver that you have in the control panel then follow the procedures in this video:
This will take you less than 30 minutes.
Thank you for using FixYa!

Good day,
Please download, install and RUN the HP Network Diagnostic Utility.
Download it from this link http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/docum...
Follow the instructions on that page.
Keep me posted.

What wireless changes you have made on your wireless modem, you also need to apply to these settings to the printer. The changes that affects wireless communications would be the TCP/IP address.

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!
