What exactly do you mean by frozen? Is the phone locked up, or does it say "phone freeze"?

If it says phone freeze, there's nothing anyone can do. The phone permanently locks itself up if an unlock code is entered incorrectly too many times. The only option then would be to send the phone back to Samsung for new software, or if you know of anyone that can flash that phone.

Try removing the battery out of the phone, and putting it back in again. It should be unfrozen when you start it up again. (Battery usually located at the back of the phone)

I have a sgh a411 old phone that gives the message phone freeze sim unavailable.....I have the unlock network code but it seems I've already stuffed things up because it is frozen. The phone is not frozen...

It may be due to network lock,
you can check it with other sim card ,if it remains the same problem ,it may be locked to particular network wont accept any sim card other than the particular network ,you can unlock it and used to other network, try here

Samsung a707 frozen

Hi friend,
I think first you should check whether the phone or the screen frozen, or both of them are frozen, if the phone is frozen, you may try to turn it off for about ten minutes then turn it on, if it still cannot work, you may try to pull the battery out and then restore factory setting if it needs. If the screen is frozen,it may because.....you can visit our website:

Good luck!

Frozen

Take it out of the freezer.

ba..ba...BUM!

No, seriously, have you tried to reset it? Is your battery good?
Did you drop the phone on the ground or into water? If no dice after the reset, take it to a phone dealer who might help you.
