If it does not want to display it might be that your memory inside needs updating. This can be expensive. Another option, if you have a phone that supports it, is getting gps router through your phone. These are updated frequently, and automatically keeping you out of the loop. If you need to upgrade the memory you will have to go back to where you bought it and get an update card or go to the manufactures web site. They should also have some trouble shooting stuff. hope it helps
