Question about Pioneer DEH-P6700MP CD Player
Is this a brand new car radio? Usually with this kind of problem its with the IC of the radio itself. Double check your connections at the back 1st, also check the manual. If everything is in order, well its the radio itself.

Depending on the model, one of the methods should unlock the V-chip. Now, if desired, you can change the settings on the V-chip by going to the MENU and going to PARENTAL CONTROLS, or on some sets, going to MENU and then going to TV SETUP, then to V-CHIP SET.
