SOURCE: keys sticking
Depending on how hard it is to remove your laptop keyboard (be careful, don't do this if you don't know how, some laptops are easier than others) you might be able to take the whole keyboard off (not just individual keys). If you can do this, you could try holding it underwater for a few moments, pressing keys and getting them to "unstick." I know normal desktop keyboards you can just throw in the dishwasher (on gentle, if you have it) but that will ruin your laptop... If it's a popular laptop you might be able to pickup an extra keyboard on ebay or something, but you'd have to know how to replace the keyboard. I guess you could take it to the nearest laptop repair place and see how cheap you could get them to do it. =\

You will have to pop the keys out and use a damp cloth to clean it. look for manufacture cleaning instructions or very gently pop the keys out with a butter knife or flat head screw driver.
