This error code has to do with your finisher. The auxillary tray is not finding its home position or does not leave the home position within the alotted time. Check for binds. I have limited exposure to the K4/3 finisher but try this. Turn the copier off, and open one of the finisher doors. Now turn the copier back on with the finisher door open so it cannot initialize. Once the copier is basically ready except the finisher door is open, close the finisher door and observe all the **** (and theres alot) initialize. This may help determine the problem. I hope this helps...........................SPINAL

WOW !!!! that is a list, but I will try to shed some light.
1-are the trays not being sensed in the paperdeck (optional paper tray capacity)
and the ones that work in the copier?/ a) the bord may be bad b) the connector may not have good contact
3-registration jam, a) the registration assembly is probably shorting out b) notenough sep causing the paper to rise up on the drum and then jam,
4-the paper sensor in the trays are in the pick up assembly tires, the ones that come down topick up the paper, there is a sensor that is loose but when it hits paper goes up, when no paper the metal plate goes up but has a hole for the sensor to fall trough and does not go up, giving paper empty.
5-I do not have any info on the specs for the corona wires, this is in the service manual
6-Sparking in the coronas is bad and can result in paper jams and holes in the drum, sometimes putting whiteout on the very ends of the coronas help, but it's better to replace, you can get the end blocks seperate.
7-Pre-corona assy' is to charge up the drum for fater copies, some techs do take them out, if all the wires are arcing then it may be your HVT (high voltage transformer) for the coronas going bad.
8-image is skewed only when using ADF if you put it on the glass it should be fine, the problem is the glass is too dry, try spraying some WD40 on the glass and wiping it off, leaving no residue just a slick smooth surface. the paper turns due to the dryness when fed on the glass.
9- Yes you are right there is no room for the paper to skew it would tear or get jammed if it did
hope I was of some help

E100 means the copier is not warming up.Make sure all the wires to the fuser are properly connected, then open and close the front door.you may have to go into the service mode to reset the error code.Good Luck
