Question about Computers & Internet
Did you enter the right cartridge? Cartridges all have a specific number. If you have the old one, check it's number on the label and see if the new one is the same. If you don't have the old one anymore, check the user's guide. If it's the good number, check if it's display shows an error code and see if you can find the meaning of it in either the user's guide or on the internet. Could you please give the manufactures name, and the model of printer?
