Question about PC Desktops
I went to the link and followed thru with questions and didn't really resolve my problem and was redirected to Dell techs. They couldn't resolve it either because of warranty issues. Any way that I can pinpoint the motherboard for certain as the problem? If I need to exchange it where might the ID #s be?
If the systems given you the same problem after removing the componets it the motherboard thats gone bad . You need to either call OWR dept at dell thats there out of warranty repairs devision , or if you have a best buy store near your place , they have dept thats called Geek squad and they service dell system.
