Question about Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 3000
It could be bad batteries, a bad or blocked optical, a bad USB receiver, or simply a bad mouse... have you tried the mouse on an other computer?? have you tried new batteries???, have you checked the optical (underneath) for obstruction or dirt???, have you tried it in an other USB port???

I suggest u check the optical for dirt, try n replace batteries. If there is no change try n reinstal the drivers for such a device, m sure this wil work if the mouse was not dropped or u wil have to replace it. Hope it works.
