If you can't fin your model's manual at Bosch website, as heroic last resource you can do a google search for it, input Manual Bosch the model and washing machine
Be caerful with scammers promising to sell you a manual. Sometimes they only send some incomplete scanned paper with some advertisement about the product or affiliate yo yo an "ebook club" and start charging you monthly fees for sending you undiscriminated and mostly useless ebook files
simply go back to the shop it was bought in and they have to supply with the instructions in english at your request at no further charge, email bosh at there customer services they will gladly supply you free of charg.adrian
Hi. I had the same problem with my Bosch washing machine and called
Bosch...was told the same thing...$99.00 for service call. I managed to fix my
problem by doing the following:
Removed hot & cold water supply hoses.
Took filter screens out of both hoses.
Removed filter from cold inlet on back of washing machine. I noticed some
oily buildup on both of the cold screens so opted to not put any of them back
Then I put hot & cold water supplies back on the wall hookup, but
crossed the lines where they came into the back of the machine intentionally so
that the hot water line fed into the cold side of the washing machine and vice
Then I ran a couple loads on "cold" which was actually hot water coming in
to the machine.
The reason I did this was that I figured there must be some more waxy
buildup inside the machine in the cold lines and hoped the hot water would melt
it like when you rinse a greasy pan under hot water.
I hope this helps you.
