Question about Cook's Essentials Coffee Makers & Espresso Machines
I'm trying to replace two coffee pots. I've looked on line but I'm having trouble locating them. My coffee maker is working great...it's just I broke the two coffee pots.
Contact Heather at Select Brands. I ordered replacement carafes for our office CM202 dual coffee maker. It took about a month to get them, so be patient. I believe they make an order when enough folks get on the list for replacements.
Heather's email to me last year (Aug 07):
Those carafes are 15$ and that includes s&h. We take MasterCard/Visa over the phone or via e-mail. However, they are on backorder right now. Please give me your name/address/phone number/how many carafes you are interested in and I’ll put you on the call back list and I’ll contact you once they become available
