Contact your financial institution or the issuing bank of your credit card. They can reverse the charges if you have proven that you have attempted to cancel the account. Also, do not put unique identifiers such as Payment transaction numbers and your email address like you did here.

Hi there! you don't have to worry about this. just send a quick message to the seller and tell them to file a cancel transaction case for you. they will send you a cancellation of transaction request. you will receive an email then you just to AGREE on the cancel transaction request. then that's it :)

Hello,

First try to contact the seller to resolve the issue, if no response you can file a dispute. The steps below outline this process.

How do I get my money back? If you would like a refund, start by getting in touch with your seller. Most sellers welcome the chance to work out any problems.

To request a refund, send the seller an email. Ask the seller to click Issue a refund beside your payment details. You can request a refund up to 60 days after you pay for your item.

Here's how to find the seller's contact information:
  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click History.
  3. Click Details next to the transaction you want a refund for.
  4. Use the contact information to send the seller an email.
If the seller won't refund your money, you have 45 days from the date you paid for your item to file a dispute.

Filing a dispute

Here's how to file a dispute:

  3. Click Dispute a Transaction.

put in a paypal dispute claim. you can do this by going into the resolution centre and pressing "open a dispute"

Hi there!
With regard to canceling a sale, you will need to contact the seller and ask the seller a favor to cancel the transaction for you. the seller will have the ability to do that using the resolution center page. But it will still be the seller's discretion if he/she will file the cancel transaction or file the unpaid item case. Since it would be a binding contract, you can contact the seller by phone to work things out. Usually sellers listen to their buyers and send them the cancel transaction request. If you receive it, please be careful not to decline it since you will not be able to request for another one.

Hello, I just recieved an email confirming a payment from my bank account through PayPal to a company I did not order from or have no knowledge of. There is a Transaction ID , Order #, Invoice ID and...


Do not click on any web address you do not recognise. It is possible it is a scam.

Go directly to the paypal site and login to see if the transaction appears on there.

If the transaction appears on the paypal site contact paypal directly to query the transaction.
If the transaction DOES NOT appear on paypal report the e-mail to paypal through their site.

When did it happens? You must act fast. Contact rspears mail immediately do not accept the payment/transaction from paypal. And also request to sent back/cancel the transaction. Contact paypal to cancel that transaction which wrongly sent. Paypal will help you.
