Question about Office Equipment & Supplies

Does it print then jam and then print a few pages and jam again? If that is the case, you might want to check your paper. It could just be that you have to "fan" the pages before inserting them into the tray. Also, try not to "rush" the printing process if you are doing envelopes...that will sometimes jam the printer and cause everything to go out of sync.
Have you turned off the printer and restarted the computer. That resets things also.
Please take care to check for any remnants inside the roller area. If you have jammed the printer and then torn the sheet to get it out, a part of that could be inside. If that is the case, I would suggest that you UNPLUG the unit before trying to look inside and remove anything. Safety first, don't let yourself get frustrated and then do something silly and get hurt.
If those ideas don't help, try re-installing the printer. Just name the installation something else so that you will know which one to delete if you get it working properly.
