Could be either that your rear derailleur needs adjusting and/ or your chain has an issue such as needing lubrication or replacing.

Best to take into a bike shop and have them look at it.

How do i connect cable to front derailer on shimano comfort 050 gears ?

I'm confused, You show a rear derailleur and ask a question about a front one? Cable for front usually goes from bottom up, through an eyelet then into the holding bolt. Make sure your cable is in the low gear setting and your chain is on the smallest gear. Pull cable tight, and secure. If you have problems, take your bike to the nearest bike shop, they can help you

How can i tell the model of my shimano bike i need to get rear brake parts and a front derailer plus cables.one thing it has is a adjustable spring in the middle of the frame?

Shimano doesn't make bikes. Individual parts like brakes and deraileurs are not usually model-specific or unique andcan be exchanegd for other models.

You can use a search engine for just about anything. "shimano brake yada yada"

A bicycle shop could assist you.

Replace rear derailer rd-tz30

Techdocs.shimano.com is a very good source of installation diagrams and information. Although THIS LINK is not to your precise model (TZ50, not TZ30), this will get you the info you need. Visit the Shimano technical documents address at the beginning of this message to browse all the tech sheets.

Hope this helps,
matt
