Question about Sharp LC19SB27UT LCD TV
I believe your TV should have other source of input, HDMI, RCA, Component. If you were using any of these connection, try another connection method. (If you were using RCA, try Component).
Usually, a bad cable also causes this kind of problem.... So, apart from your DVD, try a local station or receiver and observe if the will still be snowy. Also, change your cable, in case you are having a bad cable.
If the TV has the same fault even after using other connection method, then it is possible that the TV is having a defective Digital Main PC board. Snowy display is a symptom of defective Digital Main PC board.
At this point you will have to take the TV to a local repairman, because fixing a problem like this requires a specialist.
