Hi

This seems to be an issue with the control board or timer clock. You would need to disassemble the panel to access the timer clock. Use a multimeter to test the timer/clock, set the multimeter to R x 1 scale. Locate the clock motor leads, label them and remove them from the circuit. Place a test lead on each clock motor wire; there should be continuity. If not, replace the clock. Test for the continuity of the switch contacts when the start and stop knobs of the clock (of some models) are pushed in and turned, and when the knobs pop back out. All these tests should show continuity. Hope this helps... Please post back if you need more information.

You need to make sure to check the fuses and breakers on the washer. Make sure that the lid is closed firmly. If the lid is not shut all the way, it can cause the washer to not work. It may be your lid sensor or latch that is bad. Also, make sure the washer is not out of time. You might want to make sure it is on the right cycle. If so, it can cause your issue.

I am talking about your actual setting. Sometimes they can get out of time and it can cause the washer to not respond. You want to make sure it is set correctly on one, or first wash. It is your timing setting. This is what you spin when you first start the washer. Even if it is electronic, it can still be the problem.

All you would be doing is making sure it is on the correct setting, which would be first wash. I didn't see the response about the mother board. Which wires are you testing on your board?

I am going to look at the wires. Give me a second please.

Here is a simple test for the ccu. Unplug the washer and plug it back in again. You should hear a click when you plug it in. If you don't, it is bad.

Sorry for the late reply. I just came back from work. That is the one I am talking about. You should hear it click when you plug it back in. If it doesn't click, that is what needs replaced.

That should solve your problem. Once again, sorry for the late reply.

Hi, plug something else into the same outlet to verify you have power there. If the other item doesn't work you have a popped circuit breaker or blow fuse.

Check the cord, perhaps you have a defective cord that can quickly be fixed.

My kenmore he2 front loader is not going threw the wash cycle, but all the lights come on and the door is locked what could be wrong?

Hum may have a bad water pressure switch? It detirmines when the wash cycle should start according to the water level. if bad it will not signal the appliance to start washing. Also may want to check ur door lock switch if its bad it wont go into wash either.

Kenmore HE2 won't finish spin cycle

you have blockage in you drain plug. to solve this problem you'll have to remove the lower front panel of your machine by removing the 3 (1/4") screws on the vary bottom of the machine. once the panel is removed you'll see a 1 1/2" white PVC drainage plug. turn the inner plug to the left in till open. (WARNING ALL THE WATER IN THE DRUM WILL DRAIN THOUGH THIS PLUG) remove debris likes socks or everything that's there replace the panel and your all set.
