Question about Kenmore HE2 Plus Front Load Washer
This seems to be an issue with the control board or timer clock. You would need to disassemble the panel to access the timer clock. Use a multimeter to test the timer/clock, set the multimeter to R x 1 scale. Locate the clock motor leads, label them and remove them from the circuit. Place a test lead on each clock motor wire; there should be continuity. If not, replace the clock. Test for the continuity of the switch contacts when the start and stop knobs of the clock (of some models) are pushed in and turned, and when the knobs pop back out. All these tests should show continuity. Hope this helps... Please post back if you need more information.

Thanks for choosing Fixya and welcome. Does the washer have any power at all?

Hi, plug something else into the same outlet to verify you have power there. If the other item doesn't work you have a popped circuit breaker or blow fuse.
Check the cord, perhaps you have a defective cord that can quickly be fixed.
