Question about Nokia E63 Cell Phone
that actually depends on the last thing that happened to the phone. but anyway, first aid for it would be try changing batteries. or try turning it on while charging, if theres no problem when its directly
plugged in with the charger, the battery may be dead (especially if its more than a year old). otherwise, its so much better to bring it to your local technician since it can be an lcd problem or software that needs to be reloaded.
