Question about Computers & Internet
Hi Good Day,
1) Try this simple steps:
click on the windows logo (START BUTTON) then right click on computer then left click on properties or system properties then click on device manager then under network adopter look for wireless LAN make sure it doesn't have an X mark if so the driver for your wireless card is not installed.
if your computer still under warranty then you bring it back to the store where you purchase it have them replace it with a working computer.
2) try connecting your computer via ETHERNET cable and if your able to connect to the internet that way it mean that there's a hardware / software problem with your wireless adopter installed in your computer.
