Try this:

- Remove all your files from your Sansa and format it.
- Remove all your files from your Sansa and press the reset button (if it has one). Or,
- Check out the Sandisk Sansa website for firmware updates for your model.

Do you get an error when playing them on your Fuze or is it an error when transferring the files? There is a Sansa Media Converter from Sansa that can convert several different types of video codecs for you. It's a good idea to update your firmware so that your Fuze will perform to the best of its abilities. Good luck.

hi buddy!

If you are attempting to install software over a network connection, copy the installation files to your local hard drive and run the installation from your own computer. If you are not installing over a network, try the following troubleshooting steps that usually resolve this issue.
  1. Launch Windows Explorer by pressing Windows Key + E on your keyboard or select Start > Run and type explorer.
  2. Browse to C:\Program Files \Common Files\InstallShield\engine.
  3. Right-click the highlighted engine directory and select Delete.
  4. Install the latest version of the iKernel engine.
    1. Download iKernel engine update and save it to your Desktop.
    2. Double-click on ikernelupdate.exe to install.
PS:
pls rate me if my solution solve the issue and you need more further information. but if is invaluable solution rate me fixya.
