I managed to find the manual, but it does not say a thing about this. I think your provider has to give you the information, with the incoming call. When he switched that information of, your phone can't display it. Sometimes the providers charge you extra for that service. If, on the same extension, another phone did display the number, perhaps hetre is a way to switch it on, but I could not find it.

That will require a programming change for your extension. If you are familiar with programming it is located under the capabilities heading and listed next as Forward NoAnswer - press show twice then next and you can use the CHNG soft key to change the delay before being forwarded.

The easiest quick fix is to reboot the PBX.
The long term fix is to set disconnect supervision on the PBX for all of the lines and make sure that the lines form the phone company are set to provide disconnect supervision.
The exact way to set it up on the PBX varies by PBX.
