I need Help Solving my PSP problem

I have downloaded the custom firmware 4.01 M33
but when i've tried to update it it says the game could not be started (80020148)
What can i do???????????? pls help me

You might have a corrupted download. try again.
if that doesnt work, you need a pandora battery. info on how to do that is here.

I think the best way to solve your problem is to create a pandora recovery battery...to recover a custom firmware that was running as well...create a pandora battery..You can find many tutorials in youtube...Good luck!!!

dude custom firmware nba ung psp mo? im running a 5.00 m33 then updated to 5.50 GEN-B.wala rin kasi akong makitang 5.51M33-2 try updating to GEN much newer than m33.

you can't update your psp from custom firmware(what you have) to official firmware (what your trying to get to) What you need is to upgrade your firmware from OE-A to M33. All you need to search for is 3.51 m33 creator.

I suggest you stick with 3.90 M33 Custom Firmware because the old and good games can't be read with the latest versions

m33 is a custom firmware. With a custom firmware the psp is hacked and you can download games on the psp for free. But you would need to hack it to get m33

Go to http://dl.qj.net/CFW-4.01-M33-2-update-PSP/pg/12/fid/17254/catid/163 to download custom firmware 4.01 m33 once that is downloaded connect your psp onto your computer or labtop and go to the file named psp and then go to games and there drag that file there. You will first need to download a program called winrar to extract the downloaded file, hope this helps.

hi your previous psp version is 3.80 m33 if yes your using custom firmware that why you can play game to your memory stick the problem is you upgrade your psp firmware to sony official firmware 5.01 you reinstall your firwmware again using custom firmware like 5.00 m33-3 cfw below with m33 or OE

You can update the PSP via the Network Update on the PSP, or by manually downloading the file onto a Memory Stick from http://www.us.playstation.com/PSP/About/SystemUpdate/pc.html
