Remove the panel below the door (3 screws at bottom of machine) reach in by the door lock and there will be a large flat plastic tab hanging down. Pull that tab down and the door should open.

please reset the washer by unplugging it's power for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging the power back in and pressing start. If the issue reoccurs, please switch power outlets and try again. If all else fails, please review the troubleshooting section of your manual.
try this link..Pull down on the bottom panel and pull it away from the washer. Reach through the open panel and up to the door lock. Find the release ring below the locking mechanism. Pull down on the ring to unlock the door.
clean the stainless steel sensor pads located just inside the dryer door with isopropyl alcohol,these sensors register moisture in the garments and adjust drying times accordingly,when you use dryer fabric softener sheets it coats these sensors and throws the system off,make sure to shut off power to unit as this alcohol is very flammable,then leave door open to air out before re-powering up unit
On that type of washer the door lock is wired in series with the water level switch and if water remains in tub the door lock will not power up and unlock..what you can try is (if havent already done so) is select the drain/spin only cycle and when the water has drained the door should unlock
Hi, I'm not sure why your door won't unlock but you can manually unlock it by removing the front panel under the door (3 screws at bottom of machine) with the panel off reach up just under the lock mechanisim and there should be a plastic tab hanging down, that is the manual release. Pull it down and your door should open. Remember, power off first! Good luck.
if you remove top from machine you can normally release the door from inside. be sure to disconnect power 1st. Also is machine empty of water, as this may be the problem
Unplug the machine. Remove the lower front panel. Reach your arm up inside on the door latch side. Feel for a pull ring and pull it to release the door.
