On the Yahoo Mail Beta page click on help (Iy is on the top left hand corner). On the drop down menu click on 'return to original'. And follow the instructions therein.

I want to go back to my yahoo mail classic, how can i do it, Thank you.

As of May 2011, there are three versions of the free Yahoo! Mail available: a "classic" version, a standard version and a beta release of the latest Yahoo! Mail. While the company promises that the newest version is faster and better than its predecessors, some people may still prefer to switch back to more familiar territory after giving the new one a trial run. You can switch back and forth between the beta version and the one you currently use during the beta phase of the latest Yahoo! Mail.

Switching from Yahoo! Mail Beta
1.Log in to Yahoo! Mail Beta.
2.Click "Help" on the top left of the page.
3.Click "Return to Original Mail." A message will appear asking for your feedback on why you are switching back to the old Yahoo! Mail interface. Check the situation that applies to you and enter additional comments in the form. Leave it all blank if you do not want to give a reason.
4.Deselect "It's OK to contact me about my feedback" if you do not want Yahoo! to get in touch with you regarding your feedback. Otherwise keep it checked.
5.Click "Continue." You will be taken to the last version of Yahoo! Mail that you used before trying out the new beta.

Switching from Yahoo! Mail to Yahoo! Mail Classic

1.Log in to Yahoo! Mail.
2.Click "Options" on the right between "Mobile" and 'Help."
3.Click "Mail Classic..." A message will appear saying, "You're about to switch to Yahoo! Mail Classic. Before you do, we'd love your feedback."
4.Click the "feedback" link if you want to explain why you are switching to the classic version and fill in the form. Other
5.Click "Switch to Yahoo! Mail Classic."

Hi,

At the top right hand corner of your Yahoo Beta mail, you'll see a OPTIONS link. Click on this link and click on "Mail Classic". Confirm on the Web Page message "'Switch to Yahoo Mail Classic". You'll be back in the Yahoo Mail Classic version.

Hope this helps. If so, please rate the solution.

-best regards,

How to change back to old yahoo e mail from beta mail

There should be an option in the settings in Yahoo Mail to switch back to the beta version.

I can't read my yahoo mail because when I'm in yahoo the first "column" stretches the entire width of the screen. So, the slider is at the very right of the screen. Any ideas? Steph

Most netbooks have 1024 x 600 pixel display. While there are certainly a few exceptions, most Windows apps can run reasonably well at that resolution and most web pages are viewable with a minimal amount of scrolling. But for some reason, Yahoo Mail isn't one of them. For the past few years, every time I've tried to check my Yahoo Mail account using a netbook, I've been greeted with a message suggesting I use the "classic" interface instead of the newer, more streamlined version.

Unfortunately, like the previous version of Yahoo Mail, the new Beta suggests a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 - which means most netbooks are left out. Rather than acknowledge the fact that this is a common resolution and maybe Yahoo's coders should tweak the site to work within it, Yahoo Mail Beta instead pops up an error message when you try to visit with a netbook browser, suggesting you adjust your screen resolution in your computer's display settings - even though many netbooks don't really offer the option.

Also it can be a Yahoo Mail version.

To switch from the All-New Yahoo! Mail to Yahoo! Mail Classic, in the upper-right portion of the All-New Yahoo! Mail screen, from the Options menu, select Switch to Yahoo! Mail Classic.
265-0000003348.jpg A dialog box might appear asking for feedback. If it does, you can follow any links or check any boxes in the dialog box. To continue returning to Yahoo! Mail Classic, click Switch to Yahoo! Mail Classic.
