How would I get butterscoths the pony head off to store it

You can't, or shouldn't. According to Hasbro, the head was designed to "Snap On" once. It was not designed or intended to ever be removed and if you do figure out how to remove it, you may damage the mechanism that holds it in place. Hasbro does not recommend removing the head once it is on, and has no instructions for how to remove it. There have been people who have successfully removed it, but whether it worked properly afterwards is unknown.

How do I reassemble the head of the FurReal Pony?

The Pony Care Guide refers to an "Assembly Video" on the FurRealFriends.com site. I couldn't find it and even went through a gazillion videos on YouTube. Contact Hasbro directly through this link to see if they can send you a link to the Assembly Video:

Shedder appears to be jammed. I tried to clear it unsuccessfully. Now am trying to remove bottom. Removed screws but it still won't come apart. What do I do.

Remove the waste bin, remove screws from inside that hold the cutting head onto the cabinet.
Remove the cutting head.
Turn it over and remove the screws from underneath, turn it back over and the top should then lift off to allow acess to inside.

Tripod head

If the head is loose on the tripod follow these instructions:
There are three small set screw (grub screws) that are under the head, net to the center column. You will have to raise the center column and look under the head. These are slotted screw heads and a small to medium screwdriver should work. You don ot have to remove the grub screws completely, but you should back them out at least half way. The head will unscrew off the center column. The gray part below the head is half the head attachment and half the center column end plate so it should separate in the middle line between the two.

If screws came out elsewhere, we will need to know the model number of the head that came apart.

Hi, Where can I buy a new tail for my daughter's Butterscotch pony Furreal Thanks Michelle

Not sure where to buy a replacement but I just fixed mine today. Hopefully, the tail snapped off at the base of the plastic plate on the tail. If so, go to a hardware store and buy 1 ft. of plastic tubing with 1/4" inner diameter and 3/8" outer. Cut off a piece about 1 1/2". Now, look at the base of the tail and you should see a small screw that holds in what remains of the stub that broke. Unscrew the screw and remove what is left of the stub. KEEP THE SCREW. Now drill a small hole thru the plastic tube about 1/8" from the end. This will later be inserted into the tail and the screw will go through the hole. Next, take a hair dryer and heat the undrilled end of the tube to soften it and push it on to what is left of the broken stub inside the pony. It will be a tight fit which is what you want. The end of the tube with the hole should be just visible. Now slide the tail over the end of the tube and insert the screw. I just did it today and it works good as new! If the tail is too far away from the body of the pony, carefully remove the tube and shorten it. Since you bought a 1 ft. tube, you can have several trys to get it right! Total cost for the tube was 21 cents. Good luck! Kip V. Tryon, NC

Changing the drive belt

remove plastic belt cover
remove the guard,belt/pulley
work in the right side first:
remove the rigth-side wheel
remove the screws of the bumper
remove 2 screws on bracket/transmission assembly
pull the bracket
install the new belt
reinstall the right side screws and wheel

do the same in the left side
Ps: remove the belt guide, and reverse return spring

Computer novice--hasbro battery

Once you backout the retaining screw, put your fingers in the gap between the battery compartment and the switch. Push the battery compartment to the rear of the pony then you can remove it.

Smores pony head stuck toward the left

Also check the screw that had the nylon cord attached to it. It could be stuck causing the head not to turn.
