-first thing first (you need to know what is the exact brand of the toy) -second (check the exact model of the toy usually it contains series and the place where it was made) -third (check out if the manufacturer happen to have a website) -fourth (look for the manual on that site and if there was none that look for the contact us usually at the bottom of the sites page) -lastly (check out if they have an e-mail address then try sending a request if they can send you a manual if not try to call them if they have free phone #)
