Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

You probably have a two dekstop's. One as a single user, and second for common use. Try to re-locate "Desktop" folder to new location with better control. (use regedit)

My dekstop didnt show any screen.

If you can get into bios check if it recognizes the RAM and the Hard Drive, if it does not find the hard drive, check the HD cables for untighted cable, change the power cable, look for damaged pins or wrongly inserted cable (on an IDE HD data cable),
do you hear the (tric-tric-tric) of the HD when the computer starts?, the HD may be damaged.

Try extracting the video card and reinstall pressing firmly.

pull out the mainboard battery, wait 10 sec. and restore (even better replace with new one), you will need to recalibrate the bios date and time (and other settings if they where changed).
